    A few good questions.

What does Pool Match actually do?

Pool Match helps temporary staffing agencies search an existing CV pool against a role. It ranks relevant candidates, shows source quotes and questions to verify, and lets you export a shortlist as a CSV. Your consultant makes the final decision.

Does it replace or connect to our ATS?

Pool Match is a matching tool for your existing CV pool. It does not replace your ATS, and an automatic ATS integration is not included. You upload an authorised CV pool and can export the shortlist as a CSV.

Can we use it in any country?

A general English-language mode is available. Country-specific checks are not implemented everywhere. Talk through your market and requirements with Snehal, and keep your usual local compliance checks in place.

Does a match mean someone is available?

No. Missing availability is not treated as confirmed availability. Your consultant still needs to contact the candidate and verify availability, suitability, and any required checks before presenting them.

How is our candidate data handled?

Pool Match provides agency-specific access keys, agency separation, local AI by default, and automatic expiry and deletion controls. Only upload data your agency is authorised to use. See the data controls above, or ask Snehal about your requirements.
